Help: how to update
Make a directory on the hard drive such as office2010. Make a subdirectory in it named SP2. Make a subdirectory in SP2 named extract. Put the SP2 file in the SP subdirectory.
Open a command window and change directory to the office2010 directory. Type the below where the first part is the full name of the SP file. Then accept the license agreement. The files will be extracted to the office2010/SP2/extract directory.
